Message from Denise D. Nordheimer regarding COVID-19

To Our Clients:

I think that you know that the well-being of our clients and staff has always been our first priority at Nordheimer Law. By now, we have all been impacted in some way by the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and like all of you, we continue to monitor the evolving situation daily and take guidance from state and federal authorities.

We want you to know that we are open and here to provide you with the same high standard of legal services you have come to rely upon, while taking immediate steps to minimize the spread of the virus. Toward that end, we are glad to meet with you virtually on any platform (Skype, Face Time, Zoom, our conference call lines) you are most comfortable with and arrange for signings in a way that keeps us all safe. This week, we had our first “curbside” signings which kept our clients safe and their matters moving forward during these uncertain times.

I would not advise you to postpone any changes or updates you may be considering to your estate plans at this time. Unfortunately, the need for a good estate plan is more essential than ever.

You all remain in our thoughts as we navigate this new reality in hope and prayers for those on the front lines.
